Applicable jurisdiction in case of disputes.

If you are a consumer, kindly note that these terms of use, their subject matter, and their formation are governed by Luxembourgish law. However, if you are habitually resident in a country other than Luxembourg, the mandatory provisions applicable in that country, which cannot be overridden by contractual agreement, remain unaffected. Both you and we agree that Luxembourgish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except that if you are habitually resident in a country other than Luxembourg, you may initiate legal proceedings either in the competent courts of that country or in the Luxembourgish courts.

If you are a business, these terms of use, their subject matter, and their formation (as well as any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by Luxembourgish law. Both parties consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Luxembourgish courts.
